Refund policy
Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@glazeluminary.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom scent creations (including Memory Flame orders)
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@glazeluminary.com.
Please include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
